LISA OZ
THE LISA OZ SHOW
TOPIC: Conscious Living for Health and Happiness
DESCRIPTION:
Many of our current health issues are the direct result of behaviors driven by a subconscious desire to numb ourselves to the stress of modern existence. Additionally, external societal forces encourage habitual, mindless consumption of products that fuel these poor choices. In this lecture we’ll explore how increased awareness and mindful actions can improve our personal and collective well-being.
